How did James E Hanlon Jr spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic James E Hanlon Jr's election campaign committee, Hanlon for Judge, spent $54,293 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Hanlon's committee spent the most on direct mail in the quarter, with 60.3% of this total ($18,254) going to Chi-Town Printing Inc in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Hanlon's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
