How did Fred Crespo spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Fred Crespo's election campaign committee, Citizens for Fred Crespo, spent $8,403 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Crespo's committee spent the most on campaign work in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,248) going to Emily Kerous in Barrington. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Crespo's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
