Evanston Township High School District 202 issued the following announcement on Dec. 21.
The Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) has announced the 2019-20 Illinois State Scholars, including 221 students from Evanston Township High School. Approximately the top 10 percent of graduates from approved high schools are announced as State Scholars each year.
Selection of Illinois State Scholars is based on ACT or SAT test scores as well as other qualifications outlined by the ISAC. The listing of the 2019-20 Illinois State Scholars, including ETHS students, is available on the ISAC website.
The Illinois Student Assistance Commission is a state agency that provides students of all ages and backgrounds with the resources and support to help obtain financial aid for higher education. For more information, visit www.isac.org.
