Village of Wheeling Liquor Control Commission met Nov. 5.

1. Call to Order
Chairman Horcher called the Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Chairman Horcher asked for a moment of silence in observance of the passing of Pam Dorband. Chairman Horcher highlighted Pam's many accomplishments and dedication to the Village.
3. Roll Call - Village Clerk Elaine E. Simpson called the roll and the following Commission members were present:
Pat Horcher, Ken Brady, Mary Krueger, Mary Papantos, Joe Vito, Dave Vogel
Commissioner Ray Lang was absent with prior notice.
4. Approval of Minutes
A. Approval of Minutes for the Special Meeting of September 17, 2018
Motion by Dave Vogel, second by Mary Papantos to approve Minutes as presented.

6. New Business
A. Consideration of a Request for a Class N-V Liquor License from Silver Hawk Restaurant Group – Wheeling LLC d/b/a Tracy's Bistro
Village Manager Jon Sfondilis introduced the item and read the conditions for approval.
Motion to approve conditionally on 1) passage of legislation by the Board of Trustees granting special use approval as applicable; 2) passage of an ordinance by the Board of Trustees authorizing the creation of a new Class N-V liquor license; 3) payment of all applicable fees; and 4) submittal of BASSET training certificates for all applicable employees.
Petitioner was present and answered questions from the Board.
Motion by Mary Krueger, second by Mary Papantos.
