Trustee Karagianis moved, seconded by Trustee Collison to go into Closed Session to discuss Section 2(c) 8 Security, of the Open Meetings Act. On voice vote all were in favor.
At 8:59pm., Trustee Karagianis moved, seconded by Trustee Ciesla, to go back onto the Committee of the Whole Meeting. On voice vote, all were in favor.

7. ADJOURN
At 8:59p.m., Trustee Karagianis moved, seconded by Trustee Ciesla to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed by a voice vote.
