Schaumburg Park District issued the following announcement on July 10.
Spend a day on the course enjoying delicious food and beverages and compete for your name on the coveted Links Technology Cup!
The Schaumburg Park Foundation’s Links Technology Cup golf outing takes place Aug. 8 at Schaumburg Golf Club, 401 N. Roselle Road.
Beginning with check-in at 8:30 a.m., the outing features “Taste on the Tee,” a showcase of food and beverages at almost every hole. The event also features a 10 a.m. shotgun start/scramble format, 18 holes of golf with cart, course contests and a steak dinner provided by Chandler’s Chophouse.
Proceeds benefit recreation scholarships and other projects of the Schaumburg Park Foundation.
