A-18-050 Ordinance – Comprehensive Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan
Request the Board approve an Ordinance entitled “An Ordinance Approving The Comprehensive Amendment To The Official Comprehensive Plan Of The Village Of Streamwood, Cook County, Illinois.” This Ordinance is being presented for second reading and passage.
This Ordinance amends the official Comprehensive Plan of the Village, which serves as the long-range blueprint for community growth and development.

A-18-054 Motion – Water System Data Collector Unit Upgrade
Request the Board approve the purchase and installation of Data Collector Units upgrades from Midwest Meter Inc. at a cost not to exceed $39,500.
This motion authorizes the purchase and installation to upgrade Data Collector Units. Data Collector Units collect water meter data from all of the meters in the Village which allows us to monitor water usage and generate customer bills. Funds for these upgrades were included in the 2018 Facilities Equipment Replacement Fund (FERF).

I-18-001 Memorial Day Observance Weekend – May 26-27
The Veterans Memorial Commission has ceremonies planned for Memorial Day weekend. On Saturday, May 26 at 8:00 pm, the observance will begin with a POW/MIA Candlelight Vigil followed immediately by the posting of the Vigil Guard. The Vigil Guard will patrol the Streamwood Veterans Memorial until Sunday, May 27 at 11:00 am, when the Memorial Day Ceremony will commence. We invite everyone to join us as we honor those who gave their lives in service to our country.
