     Request by Danielle Burgert for a 7.44’ side yard adjoining a street setback variation to

     permit the modification of a non-conforming wall with a new door opening in a side yard

     adjoining a street

III. 2018-Z-12                    1057 Linden Avenue

     Request by Robert Frankel for an 11.0’ side yard adjoining a street parking space setback

     variation, a 2.0’ side yard parking space setback variation, a 250.87 square foot (30.41%)

     side yard adjoining a street impervious surface coverage variation, and a 79.13 square foot

     (20.75%) rear yard pavement impervious surface coverage variation to permit a parking

     pad on the legal non-conforming structure

IV. 2018-Z-02                    3730 Lake Avenue

     Request by Steve and Mina Boruta for a revised request a 3.0’ side yard setback variation

     and a 3.0’ separation variation to permit the retention of a grill island

V. 2018-Z-14                     1200 Cleveland Street

     Request by Meg and Steve Maris for an 8.6’ rear yard setback variation to permit the

     construction of a one-story attached garage addition
