Revised request by Ali Sajadi for a 706.47 square foot (8.41%) total floor area variation, a 1.05’ side yard setback variation, a 3.13’ combined side yard setback variation, and a variation to the requirement that an attached front-loaded garage must be located a minimum of five feet behind the main front façade of the house to permit the construction of a substantial addition and remodel that is classified as a new home

III. 2017-Z-65 1020 Forest Avenue – Request to Table to May 2, 2018

Request by Our Place of New Trier Township Inc. for a special use for an adult day care center and a 17 space parking variation to permit the operation of Our Place adult day care
