Consideration of Amendment No. 2 to Engineering Services Agreement with Baxter and Woodman for 2018 National Pollution Discharge Elimination System Phase 2 Storm Water Permit Compliance Project ($88,180) Objective: Provide engineering required to maintain compliance with the federally mandated National Pollution Discharge Elimination System permit program.
D. Consideration of Amendment No. 3 to Engineering Services Agreement with RK Johnson and Associates Inc. Engineers for 2018 Combined Sewer Overflow National Pollution Discharge Elimination System Permit Compliance ($99,268) Objective: Provide the city with engineering services to comply with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency requirements of the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System permit program.
