A. Docket No. PCD-17-13: 1000 Sunset Ridge Road - North Shore Place Phase Two (Public Hearing is Closed.) Consideration of a Resolution recommending approval of an application filed by BMSH I Northbrook IL LLC as owner of 1000 Sunset Ridge Road, for the purpose of: A) Certain amendments to Northbrook Ordinance No. 2012-36, Granting Special Permits for an Assisted Living Facility, More Than One Principal Structure on a Single Zoning Lot, Building Heights in Excess of RS District Limit, Floor Area Ratio in Excess of RS District Limit and Site Plan Approval; and B) Any other such variations, waivers, and zoning relief as may be necessary.
B. Docket No. PCD-17-16: 1880 Holste Road - Rezoning To The Ics District (Public Hearing is Closed.) Consideration of a Resolution recommending approval of an application filed by1880 Holste LLC as owner of 1880 Holste Road, for the purpose of: A) Rezoning from the I-1 Restricted Industrial District to the ICS Industrial and Commercial Services District; B) Interior Setback Variation on the east side of the Subject Property from 10’ to 5’ to accommodate the existing building; C) Interior Side Yard Variation on the west side to reduce the required yard from 5’ to 0’ to accommodate the existing parking lot; D) Front Yard Variation to reduce the required front yard from 10’ to 0’ to accommodate the existing parking lot; E) Rear Yard Variation to reduce the required rear yard from 5’ to 0’ to accommodate the existing parking lot; and F) Approval of such other zoning relief as may be necessary.
