1. PZBA – Zoning Public Hearing: Case No. ZBA 17-10TA

Description of Request:

A. Applicant is seeking a Text Amendment to Section 5-8-2A3 Additional Parking Regulations

of the City of Prospect Heights Zoning Code to allow a tow truck in excess of 12,000 GVW

but not to exceed 14,000 GVW to be stored in a garage in the R1 Residential District.

2. PZBA – Zoning Public Hearing: Case No. ZBA 17-11V

Applicant: Michael Mosier,

Address: 305 Lonsdale Road, Prospect Heights, IL 60070

Description of Request:

A. Applicant has applied for a variance to the City of Prospect Heights Zoning Code Title 5-3-

4 G- Lot Coverage to allow the placement of an accessory structure, shed, in a required

side yard

3. Plan Commission Public Hearing: Case No. ZBA 17-12 LC

Applicant: Greenbrier Senior Living LLC,

Address: 708 Elmhurst Road, Prospect Heights, IL 60070

Description of Request:

A. Applicant has applied for approval of Final Plat of subdivision for the Greenbrier of

Prospect Heights Consolidation. The project received preliminary approval in 2014 and

the project was completed earlier this year. Staff has reviewed the document and all

information is in order. The Plan Commission should review the application to Section 6-3-

4A of the City of Prospect Heights Municipal Code.
