A. Docket No. PCD-17-10: 4080 Commercial Ave. - Vapor-4-Life. (Public Hearing is Closed)
Consideration of a resolution recommending approval of an application filed by Vapor 4 Life
Holdings Inc. as lessee of 4080 Commercial Avenue Suite A which is owned by Northbrook
Commercial Properties, LLC, for the purpose of: A) Special Permit Approval to Allow
Accessory Retail Sales (SIC No. 9982.00) in the I-1 Restricted Industrial District; and B)
Approval of such other zoning relief as may be necessary.

A. Continued Review of Downtown Zoning Options - Workshop session with Plan
Commission to review how zoning controls would impact development on various
redevelopment sites in the downtown area. The Village is considering a series of
amendments to the existing Village Green Overlay (VGO) District in the Northbrook Zoning
Code.
