Village of Buffalo Grove Village Board met May 1.

Call to Order:
President Sussman called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Those present stood and pledged allegiance to the Flag.
Roll Call:
Roll call indicated the following present: President Sussman; Trustees Berman, Trilling, Stein, Ottenheimer, Weidenfeld and Johnson.
Also present were: Dane Bragg, Village Manager; William Raysa, Village Attorney; Jennifer Maltas, Deputy Village Manager; Scott Anderson, Director of Finance; Andrew Brown, Deputy Finance Director; Art Malinowski, Director of Human Resources; Christopher Stilling, Community Development Director; Evan Michel, Management Analyst; Brett Robinson, Director of Purchasing; Mike Reynolds, Director of Public Works; Darren Monico, Village Engineer; Geoff Tollefson, Director of Golf Operations; Police Chief Casstevens; and Fire Chief Baker.
Resolution No. 2017-15 – Vote Canvass:
Moved by Berman, seconded by Weidenfeld, to pass Resolution No. 2017-15, affirming Canvass of Vote Returns for the April 4, 2017 Municipal Election. Upon roll call, Trustees voted as follows:
Ayes: 6 – Berman, Trilling, Stein, Ottenheimer, Weidenfeld, Johnson
Nays: 0 – None
Motion declared carried.
Oath of Office:
Judge Johnson of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Lake County noted that he is honored to be in attendance this evening. Judge Johnson then administered the oath of office to Village Trustees Les Ottenheimer, Andrew Stein and Joanne Johnson. All were congratulated by the audience and the Board.
President Sussman thanked Judge Johnson for his services this evening.
Questions from the Audience:
President Sussman reviewed the parameters to be followed by speakers, and asked if there were any questions from the audience on items not on tonight’s agenda. There were no such requests.
Adjournment:
Moved by Trilling, seconded by Stein, to adjourn the meeting. Upon roll call, Trustees voted as follows:
Ayes: 6 – Berman, Trilling, Stein, Ottenheimer, Weidenfeld, Johnson
Nays: 0 – None
Motion declared carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
