Objective: Fulfill the city’s obligation to maintain reliable infrastructure for serving businesses and residents.
C. Consideration of Acceptance of Public Improvements and Easements at 2650
Auto Mall Drive ($5,596 estimated five-year maintenance cost)
Objective: Fulfill the city’s obligation to maintain reliable infrastructure for serving businesses and residents.
D. Consideration of Agreement with CuraLinc to Provide Comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (Estimated annual cost $11,758)
Objective: Provide a resource for employees and their household members who need assistance with family, mental health, financial, legal and other issues.
E. Consideration of Sole Source Purchase Agreement with Rexa Inc. for the Purchase of Valve Actuators ($237,312)
Objective: Provide adequate water supply by upgrading aging equipment.
F. Consideration of Impacts from Cook County Minimum Wage and Sick Leave Ordinances on Elgin Businesses (No cost to the City)
Objective: Consider adopting legislation opting out of the requirements of Cook County ordinances establishing minimum hourly wages and sick leave benefits for Elgin businesses located within Cook County.
