c. Recommendation to Purchase Janitorial Supplies through Suburban Joint Purchasing Cooperative

- [motion] to recommend the Village Board waive competitive bidding for the supply of consumable janitorial supplies and authorize staff to participate in the Suburban Joint Purchasing Cooperative Purchasing Program Contract #167 with Laport, Inc. of Chicago, IL in an amount not to exceed the FY 17/18 budget.

d. Recommendation to Award a Bid to Water Services Inc. for Potable Water Meters

- [motion] to recommend the Village Board award the bid for Potable Water Meters to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, Water Services Inc. of Elgin, IL and authorize the issuance of a purchase order in the amount not to exceed the approved FY 17/18 budget.

e. Recommendation to Approve Amendment No. 1 with Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. for the National Parkway Improvements Project - Phase I Engineering Services
