VotingWomen.org owes $5,900 in fines

The campaign committee VotingWomen.org owes a $900 fine imposed on March 15, 2013, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $5,000 with Karen Boehning listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 31 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $233,138 in pending fines.
