Northbrook Plan Commission meets to review draft resolutions

Chairs

The Village of Northbrook Plan Commission met at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 19.

The Plan Commission is comprised of nine members, who must be residents of the Village of Northbrook.

A. PCD-16-07: 1852-1908 JANKE DRIVE. (Public Hearing Closed - No Further Public Comment Accepted). Consideration of a draft resolution recommending approval of an application filed by Anton K LLC as owner of the property commonly known as 1852-1908 Janke Drive, for the purpose of: A) Rezoning the Subject Property from the I-1 Restricted Industrial District to the ICS Industrial and Commercial Services District; and B) Approval of such other zoning relief as may be necessary.

B. PCD-16-08: 1852 JANKE DRIVE. (Public Hearing Closed - No Further Public Comment Accepted). Consideration of a draft resolution recommending approval of an application filed by Illumine North, LLC as contractual lessee of a tenant space located at 1852 Janke Drive which is owned by Anton K LLC, for the purpose of: A) Special Permit Approval to Allow a Sports Training Facility in the ICS Industrial and Commercial Services District; and B) Approval of such other zoning relief as may be necessary.
