The estimated cost of phase two is $127,998.65.
The board will also hear updates and discuss the development of Woodview Park. The park will include a five-foot ADA compatible sidewalk, 20-foot square shelter with picnic tables, playground and concrete plaza with a seat wall. In addition to the park projects, the board will discuss requests regarding the Valley Creek neighborhood bench, Gifford Park Association and Senior Services Associates. The board will also discuss the Park Foundation event and other items presented by board members and the public.
