The permit for a brew pub and outdoor sales display will be heard at tonight's Zoning Board of Appeals meeting.

The Village of Wilmette Zoning Board of Appeals will hear the request for the brew pub and outdoor display at 7:30 p.m. tonight, Feb. 17.

The board will meet in the council chambers at 1200 Wilmette Ave.

Applicant Daniel Marguerite has applied for a special use permit to allow a brew pub at 535 Green Bay Road. He has also requested a variation to allow an outdoor sales display: The Backyard Barbecue Store. Village code requires that all business be conducted indoors. The board will hear and discuss the application before taking action.

The request for setback and impervious surface coverage variations for 161 Prairie Ave. will be continued to April 6. The request for 819 Michigan Ave., for a total floor area variation, will be continued to the March 16 board meeting.

The board will call for public comments before adjourning the meeting. If an individual requires special accommodations to attend or participate in the meeting -- or has questions about accessibility -- contact the Management Services Department.
