On-street leaf collection in Elgin, Illinois has been extended through December. 3.
Leaf collection in the rake-out areas has been extended to December 3. The on-street leaf pick up will be along the regularly scheduled routes. This week's collection is the last for the year.
The last day of bagged leaf collection was November 30. Residents in the bagged leaf collection area with Monday pick up had their last yard waste bags collected on that date. Yard waste collection resumes in spring, on April 1.
