The Village of Streamwood, Illinois to hold its budget hearing on November 19 at 6:30 p.m. at the Village Hall.
The public is invited to comment in writing or verbally at the budget hearing. The entire proposed budget is available for viewing on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.at the Village Hall, 301 East Irving Park Rd.
The proposed expenditures for the FY 2016 Village of Streamwood budget includes: General Corporate Fund, $28,743,191; Motor Fuel Tax Fund, $1,700,000; Wetland Special Service Area Fund, $186,584; Special Tax Allocation Fund, $475,000; Debt Service Fund, $1,248,250; Capital Replacement Fund, $0.00; Street Improvement Fund, $3,683,300; Equipment Replacement Fund, $1,226,500; Facilities and Major Equipment Replacement Fund, $1,876,000; Water & Sewer Fund, $13,212,171; Golf Fund $422,607; Police Pension Fund $2,470,800; Fire Pension Fund, $1,825,450 for a total of $57,069,853. The fiscal year ends on Dec. 31, 2016.
