The Washington Bears, featuring former Evanston Township High School standout Theo Rocca, were narrowly defeated 65-63 by the St. Thomas Celts on Friday, March 13, in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.

The matchup, which marked the teams’ first tournament meeting, was held at Jerabeck Athletic Center at 7 p.m.
