5. PUBLIC HEARING
A. DOCKET NO. PCD-25-19: 755 – 761 PFINGSTEN ROAD AND 2720 – 2780 DUNDEE ROAD – DAYCARE (Public Hearing) – An application filed by S2 Partners LLC as lessee of a portion of the property (Unit #9) commonly known as Dunbrook Center located at 755 – 761 Pfingsten Road and 2720 – 2780 Dundee Road, which is owned by Shiner Dunbrook LLC, for the purposes of: (A) Special Permit for Day Care in the C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District; and (B) Approval of any such variations, waivers, and zoning relief as may be necessary.
The Applicant is requesting approval of a special permit to allow a child daycare facility with outdoor playground on the Subject Property (Dunbrook Shopping Center)
