This agenda item is reserved for members of the public who desire to address the Public Body on a topic that is within purview and jurisdiction of the Public Body, but that is not listed in another location on the agenda. A. Review of Commission Structure, Meeting Schedule, and Fiscal Procedures
The Commission will receive an overview of the October 14, 2025 Village Board Resolution (2025-R-169) that established the Ad Hoc 125th Anniversary Commission as well as review procedural matters.
B. 125th Anniversary Logo Review and Recommendation
The Commission will review options for a 125th Anniversary-specific Village logo to be used in promoting activities and events that celebrate the 125th Anniversary and will forward a Commission recommendation of a logo for Village Board approval.
C. Discussion on 125th Anniversary Celebration Activities
The Commission will have an initial discussion on activities to support the Village’s 125th Anniversary.
