Nearly 900 students graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater during its winter commencement on December 13, 2025. The ceremony took place at Kachel Fieldhouse in the Williams Center.

Among the graduates were Emily O’Byrn of Barrington, Illinois, who graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, and Kayla Edgerton, also from Barrington, who earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre.

The graduating class consisted of 888 members, including nine international students, 69 military veterans, and 154 nontraditional students—defined as undergraduates aged 25 or older. Seventy-seven self-identified students with disabilities also received degrees.

Sixty-one students participated in the university’s Hired Before Graduation campaign. This initiative recognizes those who secured employment, earned promotions, were accepted to graduate school, or started their own businesses before completing their studies.
