Illinois General Assembly: HB2233 actions on May 8

The following actions were taken on May 8 in the House on House bill HB2233 ("special interrogatories-repeal"): "Passed Both Houses" and "Third Reading - Passed".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. André Thapedi (D-32) on Feb. 7, "amends the Code of Civil Procedure" and "repeals a provision regarding special interrogatories in verdicts," according to the General Assembly website.
