Arlington Heights (Cook County) home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Arlington Heights in Cook County fell by $16,250 while total sales decreased by 9.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 118 homes sold, with a median sale price of $306,250 - a 5% decrease over the $322,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 130 homes sold in Arlington Heights in April 2018.
