Arlington Heights (Cook County) home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Arlington Heights in Cook County rose by $9,750 while total sales decreased by 29.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $284,750 - a 3.5% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Arlington Heights in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Arlington Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $7,193, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
