How did Dan Patlak spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Dan Patlak's election campaign committee, Citizens For Dan Patlak, spent $5,502 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Patlak's committee spent the most on food and beverage expenses in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,781) going to Ovie Restaurant in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Patlak's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
