Q4 real estate sales report: Glencoe

Median prices declined in Glencoe over last year, and are down 7 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 19 homes sold in Glencoe for a median price of $745,000. That's 15.1 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
