Q3 real estate sales report: Norridge

Median prices declined in Norridge over last year, and are down 8.8 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 53 homes sold in Norridge for a median price of $285,000. That's 5.4 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
