Q2 real estate sales report: Evanston

Median prices declined in Evanston over last year, and are down 8.5 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 325 homes sold in Evanston for a median price of $321,000. That's 9.4 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
