Northfield Township High School District 225 issued the following announcement on June 6.
In accordance with Illinois statute, Glenbrook North and Glenbrook South High Schools will destroy temporary records for the class of 2012 graduates, on June 30, 2018.
Students who have graduated, transferred, or withdrawn from GBN and would like to take possession of their temporary records may do so by contacting their school's registrar prior to June 30, in writing.
Please mail requests to Glenbrook North, 2300 Shermer Road, Northbrook, IL 60062 or Glenbrook South, 4000 W. Lake Ave., Glenview, IL 60026.
Only temporary records will be destroyed.
In accordance with the Illinois Student Records Act, the schools will retain the official transcript, records requests and health records.
