City of Elgin Committee of the Whole will meet on February 28.

Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting – February 14, 2018

Special Presentations and Reports - None

Initiatives and Other Items

     A. Consideration of Odd/Even Parking along Poplar Creek Drive, to Include Resident Only Parking

          on Longford Circle and on Campus Drive (No cost to the City)

          Objective: Respond to on-street parking congestion throughout the area.

     B. Consideration of Engineering Services Agreement with K2N Crest for Masonry Repairs at the

          Highlands Clubhouse ($37,815)

          Objective: Eliminate and repair damage caused by water infiltration.

     C. Consideration of Service Agreement with Dixon Dance Academy Inc. ($24,359)

          Objective: Provide high quality dance classes for Elgin residents.

     D. Consideration of Service Agreements with Independent Fitness Contractors ($57,000)

          Objective: Provide patrons of the Centre with quality fitness instruction, personal training and

          massage therapy.

     E. Consideration of Agreement with EnerNOC Inc. for Electrical Demand Response (No cost to the

          City)

          Objective: Upgrade the Leo Nelson Riverside Water Treatment Plant generators so that they are

          available for demand response services that will result in revenue for the utility fund.
