Objective: Secure uniform supply contract for fire department personnel.
B. Consideration of Easement Agreements for the Linden and Preston Slope Stabilization Project ($5,750)
Objective: Acquire the proper rights to install, operate and maintain city storm sewer and slope stabilization infrastructure on property that is not owned or controlled by the City.

D.Consideration of Local Public Agency Agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation for Federal Participation in the Construction of the East Chicago Street Rehabilitation Project ($4,797,630)
Objective: Improve, maintain and enhance the pavement and underground infrastructure of East Chicago Street between Center and Liberty Streets.
E. Consideration of Sexual Harassment Policy Ordinance (No cost to the City)
Objective: Comply with Public Act 100-0554 by adoption of Sexual Harassment policies via ordinance.
F.Consideration of Renewal Agreement with Box Inc. for Cloud Based Data Storage and Document Management Platform ($99,940)
Objective: Maintain a cloud based data storage and document management solution that integrates with existing city cloud services and desktop applications.
G.Consideration of Amendment to Title 11 of the Elgin Municipal Code Entitled “Vehicles and Traffic”(No cost to the City)
Objective: Allow the Traffic and Parking Committee to respond to constituent requests quickly and effectively while also providing Public Works and Elgin Police Traffic Unit a greater ability to remain compliant for enforcement and maintenance purposes.
