Unpaid fines for Rosemont-based campaign committee totaled $475 in January 2017

One campaign committee in Rosemont has overdue fines amounting to a total of $475, records obtained by the North Cook News show.

A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Citizens for Joseph E. Watrach was the only campaign committee in Rosemont that was delinquent in payment for January 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

The largest fine that Citizens for Joseph E. Watrach has yet to pay was imposed on Sept. 8, 2009, for a late semiannual report. The amount of this fine alone is $200.
