CARE for 113 Schools owes $14,575 in fines

The campaign committee CARE for 113 Schools owes a $5,000 fine imposed on March 15, 2013, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $9,575 with Rick Heineman listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 31 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $233,138 in pending fines.
