St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Wilmette is a large parish near the center of the village. The campus includes a parochial school and the parish offices. It has child care, music programs, missionary endeavors, study groups and several youth programs. The church was founded in 1904 by Irish immigrants and local community members.
