The Prospect Heights Planning & Zoning Board of Appeals prepares and recommends changes in the official comprehensive plan and map of the city, and reviews development applications, special use and variance requests, and other matters related to land use within the city. The board meets at 7 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of the month in the lower level of City Hall, 8 N. Elmhurst Road.
