Clearbook of Arlington Heights began more than 55 years ago as an initiative of five local families. Today, it has become the largest provider of services, support and programs for children and adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities in Illinois. Clearbrook provides services to 3,400 families in more than 160 communities throughout Chicago and its suburbs each year. Among its services are a respite program, autism resource room and a lending library. Clearbrook is governed by a board of directors and an executive staff.
