Lewis & Clark Pioneers secure NCAA Division III baseball victory with help from Matt Stanislavsky

Sunday, March 1, saw the Lewis & Clark Pioneers, featuring Loyola Academy graduate Matt Stanislavsky, claim an 11-7 victory over the Pacific Lutheran Lutes in NCAA Division III baseball at 11 a.m.

The matchup was held at Huston Sports Complex and marked their fifth contest against Pacific Lutheran this season. The Pioneers also took the previous day’s game on Saturday, Feb. 28, with a 7-6 win.

Stanislavsky pitched 2.1 innings, allowing a single earned run and striking out four.

The Pioneers are set to return to action on Saturday, March 7, at 11 a.m. at W.O. Hart Park against the Chapman Panthers.
