Holy Cross recognizes local students on Fall 2025 Dean’s List

College of the Holy Cross has announced that Emma Orillo and Olivia Rogalski, both from Des Plaines (60016), have been named to the Fall 2025 Dean’s List. The recognition is for their academic achievement during the spring semester of the 2025-26 academic year.

To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must pass four or more letter-graded courses with no failing grades during the semester and earn a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

The College of the Holy Cross, located in Worcester, Massachusetts, is a four-year undergraduate institution with about 3,200 students. According to the college, “Holy Cross is renowned for offering a rigorous, personalized education in the Jesuit, Catholic tradition.” The school states that since its founding in 1843, it has contributed to society by graduating students who become leaders in business, professional and civic life.
