Holy Cross Crusaders secure 20-17 win over FIU with Brock Graf on the mound

Former Loyola Academy standout Brock Graf contributed as Holy Cross Crusaders earned a 20-17 victory over the FIU Golden Panthers in their NCAA Division I baseball game held at noon Sunday, Feb. 22.

The contest, played at FIU Baseball Stadium, marked the teams’ fourth meeting this season. The Crusaders had previously fallen 6-5 to FIU on Saturday, Feb. 21.

Graf pitched 2.1 innings, allowing one walk and striking out four batters.

The Crusaders are set to play next on Friday, Feb. 27, facing the Seattle Redhawks at Bannerwood Baseball Park with a 6 p.m. scheduled start.
