Gabrielle Cabe of Rolling Meadows has been named to the Dean’s List at Eastern Illinois University for the Fall 2025 semester. Cabe, who is majoring in Digital Media Technology, is among more than 940 students recognized for academic achievement during the term.

The Dean’s List at EIU honors undergraduate students with a declared major who achieve a semester GPA between 3.80 and 4.00 while completing at least 12 graded credit hours. This recognition reflects a strong commitment to academic excellence.

Eastern Illinois University, located in Charleston, Illinois, highlights its close campus community, small class sizes, and student outcomes. The university states it is the most affordable public university in Illinois and reports that 91% of graduates are working or enrolled in graduate school within months of graduation, which it says is the highest placement rate among public universities in the state.
