On Thursday, May 15, former Buffalo Grove High School standout Alyssa Fontanetta’s current collegiate team the Illinois Wesleyan Titans won 6-3 against the Bethany Lutheran Vikings in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at Inspiration Field at 11 a.m. and was the first matchup against the Bethany Lutheran Vikings in the tournament.

The Illinois Wesleyan Titans’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 11 a.m. at Inspiration Field.
