Evanston Township High School standout Eron Vega’s collegiate team wins game in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship on Sunday, June 1

On Sunday, June 1, former Evanston Township High School standout Eron Vega’s current collegiate team the Denison Big Red won 4-11 against the UW Whitewater Warhawks in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Classic Park at 1:30 p.m. and was the first matchup against the UW Whitewater Warhawks in the tournament.

The Denison Big Red’s next game will take place on Sunday, June 1 at 9 p.m. at Classic Park.
