On Friday, May 30, former Elk Grove High School standout Lauren Clausen’s current collegiate team the Trine Thunder won 5-1 against the Rowan Profs in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at Inspiration Field at 4:15 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Rowan Profs in the tournament.

The Trine Thunder’s next game will take place on Sunday, June 1 at 1:30 p.m. at Inspiration Field.
