1. CALL TO ORDER/DECLARATION OF A QUORUM

Meeting called to order at 5:03 p.m.

2. PUBLIC COMMENT

The Ryan Field Accountability Committee Sustainability Group and is seeking language on CARP.

3. ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Taskforce has requested that staff share a website demonstration.

4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

A. Approve 2/4/2026 Minutes

The Taskforce approved the February 4 minutes with noted changes.

Motion: Neuberger

Second: Sprague

Motion Passed 7-0-3

Ayes: Cahan, Scholl, Garl, Pollock, Neuberger, Sprague, and Freeman

Nayes: None

Absent: Topalov, Lanyon, and Fleishman

5. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION

A. The Taskforce discussed the Strategic Purposes and Audience of the CARP 2025 Draft Report.

B. The Taskforce discussed Possible Updates or Revisions to CARP with the 2025 CARP Report.

C. The Taskforce discussed Next Steps of the 2025 CARP Report.

Each member will get J Cahan an update on their focus area by March 23, 2026.

6. ADJOURNMENT

Meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
