4. SPECIAL PROJECT GRANTS

A. The Evanston Arts Council is requested to consider Jules Williams’ proposal for Special Project Grant funding. The requester is seeking $1,500 to create a 15-minute short film called “Yves et Yvette”. Yves et Yvette is a dark romantic experimental horror story exploring such themes as love, blackness, queerness, adolescence, spirituality, haunting, pain, healing, and the breaking of generational curses.
